Hi, I’m Amelia. Gritty girl. Trauma survivor. Story-shifter.
I am about to change your story, But first, here’s mine.
I know what it feels like to be ground down by life. I’ve lived through the fight, the freeze, and the silence, and I kept moving. Through that grit, I built strength. Now I live in the glow of that work, and I’m not here to gatekeep it.
I’m a senior Krav Maga instructor, certified personal trainer, trauma-informed self-defense coach, group fitness instructor, and the founder of a campus radio station. But titles aside, I’m a woman who has been through enough to know that strength isn’t just physical, it’s personal.

I started training in self-defense because I had to. Because I needed something real. Something that would remind me who I was and help me reclaim who I was becoming. Krav Maga reconnected me to myself in ways I didn’t think were possible…through movement, power, sweat, and fire.
Now I use that same fire to create something new.
Grit and Glow is the space I needed but couldn’t find.
It lives in the in-between. Between trauma and triumph. Between wellness and performance. Between the breakdown and the breakthrough. It’s built for women and girls who want more than just workouts. It’s for those who want to reconnect, rebuild, and rise.
This is for the ones reclaiming strength after being broken. For the ones who don’t feel at home in the wellness world, and who are done with grind culture too. It’s for those who want to train differently and heal without apology.
The glow doesn’t come easy. It comes after the fight.
Let’s write your next chapter together.
